Sarà largentino Diego Schwartzman e non il polacco Jerzy Janowicz a sfidare Roger Federer nel secondo turno del Torneo Atp di Indian Wells. Questa forse una delle poche sorprese del primo turno maschile che ha visto per buona parte rispettati i pronostici. Schwartzman si è imposto in tre set 6-4 3-6 7-6(3).
